• From Tuesday to Saturday evening, enjoy (temporarily) our dinner buffet featuring a variety of starters, hot dishes, a platter of cold meats and cheeses, and a gourmet selection of desserts.
• From Monday to Friday lunchtime, discover our lunch buffet, ideal for a quick, delicious, and balanced lunch in Aix-les-Bains. And the little extra? Meals are free for children under 12.
• And every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., indulge in our gourmet brunch, with a wide selection of savory and sweet dishes, fresh pastries, and specialties prepared by our chef.

Temporarily, the chef and his team offer a buffet rich in gourmet starters, savory main courses, a beautiful platter of charcuterie and cheese, a selection of desserts, and even a chocolate fountain for those with a sweet tooth. The dishes offered change according to the chef's wishes and market availability.

• Dinner & Spa: €75/person

Let yourself be tempted by our Dinner & Spa option. Spa, designed to transform your evening into a true escape in Aix-les-Bains. Treat yourself to three hours of relaxation in our La Parenthèse Spa, then extend the experience with a buffet dinner at L'Alchimiste restaurant.

Between a cozy atmosphere, profound well-being, and elegant flavors, this experience is ideal for gently unwinding and enjoying a moment of pure relaxation.

• Brunch: €38/person

Every Sunday, Restaurant l’Alchimiste offers brunch. You'll discover a buffet filled with a wide variety of savory and sweet dishes: verrines, cheeses, charcuterie, pastries, fruit, drinks, and more. Our brunch never ceases to amaze you.

--> This brunch in Aix-les-Bains is offered every Sunday at 11:15 a.m., 11:45 a.m., 12:15 p.m., and 12:45 p.m.

• Brunch & Spa: €79/person

This option combines indulgence and relaxation. You'll enjoy brunch at the Alchimiste Restaurant and the Aqua-Détente area of the Golden Tulip Hotel, located in the same building.

--> Several time slots are available: Spa (2 hours) followed by Brunch (1 hour): 11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. or Brunch (1 hour) followed by Spa (2 hours): 12:00 p.m., 12:30 p.m., and 2:00 p.m.
